Boron is abundant in nature, but it is a worldwide problem to successfully separate the isotope boron-10 from boron. Boron-10 has a very strong ability to absorb neutrons and is a material for shielding nuclear radiation. It has an irreplaceable role in the defense industry, medicine and other fields. Since the early 1970s, my country has started the research and development of boron-10 separation, but due to the constraints of the process route, equipment and other aspects, it has not been able to form industrial production, and the abundance value of the test samples is far lower than the customer's requirements.
